What do you think about Early English Books Online?

Albertsons Library has begun a trial subscription to Early English Books Online (EEBO) that will last through April 30. As described on their website,
EEBO contains digital facsimile page images of virtually every work printed in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and British North America and works in English printed elsewhere from 1473-1700 - from the first book printed in English by William Caxton, through the age of Spenser and Shakespeare and the tumult of the English Civil War.
EEBO will be of particular interest to students and faculty in English, History, and others working on research related to early English and early American studies. For more information about the database, please see the EEBO brochure.

Our access to EEBO is a trial subscription, which means that we are considering purchasing it but have not yet done so. We invite your feedback about the value of EEBO to teaching and research here at Boise State as we determine whether to pursue a continuing subscription to the database. Please direct your comments to
Jill Collins.
